COMMERCIAL AVIATION PHOTOGRAPHY I have been photographing airliners since 1986 and have been published hundreds of times in all types of media. My award winning photography has appeared on the front page of the New York Times and a record breaking forty times on the cover of industry leader Aviation Week & Space Technology magazine. My largest clients include McGraw-Hill, Reuters, Boeing, Air Transport World magazine, the Federal Aviation Administration and IAT Terminal 4 JFK. I have been fortunate to be sent by clients to photograph major aviation-related assets in places such as Amsterdam, Brussels, Nice (France), Munich, Hamburg, Maui, Honolulu, Vancouver, St. Martin, Montego Bay, Grand Bahamas, San Juan, Frankfurt, Zurich, Corfu (Greece), Mumbai (India), Quito (Ecuador) and all major U.S. cities. REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT I began investing in real estate in early 2005 part time while working for a major Wall Street investment firm. In late 2006, I left the corporate world to further pursue real estate investment opportunities. My specialty includes but is not limited to off-campus college student housing as there is a solid and consistent tenant pool to support this fast growing business. College enrollment rates are forecasted to grow for years to come while there is finite space available on many campuses for dorm room construction relative to much more profitable classrooms. My company, Rampside Properties LLC is the second largest private provider of student housing at the University of North Carolina Charlotte (UNCC), currently offering over 170 bedrooms . This condo was purchased in deplorable condition, I had it gutted and completely renovated and it is now home to 4 UNCC students. This property is an example of why I do what I do, it's more than the financial gain, it's the satisfaction I get from providing good people with a great place to live, you can't describe that in monetary terms.

Without a doubt, my favorite place on earth to photograph airliners is St. Martin in the Caribbean. Airplanes come in to land right over the beach providing some amazing photos.
